Underworld Awakening(crazy spoiler)

SO this is a long spoiler/rant post. 
You have been warned.


I was very excited when I found out that it's coming out.


Watched it during CNY,
and was disappointed.




I'm a huge fan of Underworld *cough*and Kate Beckinsale*cough*
but this is really disappointing.


First, 
the spoiler/synopsis from what I remember.


Starts off with Selene and Micheal were running for their lives.


Micheal got shot, falls into sea,


Selene jumps into sea and tries to wake him up in water.
(Because if water can't wake him up shaking him and calling his name in the water can)


Bomb falls near/between them. 
Of course the bomb went off.


News about vamp and werewolf cleansing spread.


Selene wakes up frozen after being released
by unknown subject.


Selene kills every guard who tries to stop her


Selene runs away. Of course she does.


Selene investigates.


Selene finds out that she has been frozen for 12 years.


Selene sees visions and follows them.


Cute guy fellow Vamp finds Selene

Together they saved a little girl who is hunted down by werewolves
and run away from super persistent werewolves who use cars as skateboards to hunt them down.

Wolves get to their van,
bites the little girl,
little girl turns into smuf ghost crazy scary looking thing
and rips off werewolf's head
with her bare fingers.


They reach safe house of cute Vamp's clan
and are unwelcomed by the clan
because Selene is a blood traitor. =X


and blood traitors are as bad as mudbloods


Clan doctor heals little girl by feeding her blood.


Little girl turns out to be Selene's daughter.


Werewolves find safe house


War.

Shooting, ripping, slashing, breaking...


Selene meets crazy big werewolf who is immune to silver
and can heal itself.

Selene gets knocked out (I think, I no remember)


Selene wakes up and little girl was given to werewolves because clan leader thinks they should stay passive and live in peace instead of fight and die.


Cute Vamp died because he was bitten by werewolf,
Selene ressurects him by cutting his abdominal area
inserting her hand
and squeezing his heart.


like what Neo did to Trinity in The Matrix I forgot which sequel. 


Selene goes after werewolves.


Selene is helped by  inspector  detective who's wife was a Vamp.

Selene finds out that the werewolves are actually those who do the blood test
to determine who is and isn't werewolf/vamps.


Little girl is used because she is daughter of a hybrid+super vamp.


Little girl is used to create serum to create crazy big werewolf.


Selene attacks in her cool bombs and bullets style.

Selene finds Micheal who she believe has died, frozen.


Selene defrosts Micheal and continue killing werewolves en the way to save little girl.


Selene saves little girl.


Little girl turns into ghost like ugliness to fight off werewolves.


Cute vamp comes back to help,


Detective helps


all normal werewolves die.


Crazy big werewolf comes to fight Selene again

See what I mean when I say crazy big?

Selene gets tossed around like a toy


and still no broken bones


Selene kills werewolf with wits.


The end.


Yay.


No wait,


Little girl sees visions. 


They try to find Micheal.


The end.


Yay. 




Now the rant.


How can Selene give birth 12 years ago
and still look so hot without exercise, stretch mark on her belly, or a C-section scar?


Ok,
So vamps can heal themselves so there won't be a C-section scar,


explain why is she still so hot.




Because she is freaking Kate Beckinsale. So fuck logic. =D


The whole show is less than 1.5 hours.
Because if they extend it more,
there would be too much fake stuff going on.


The previous Underworld movies all have werewolves/vamps jumping here and there
but for this one,
I think there are too much digital/computer stuff going on.


The story line is simple and clear
but a lot of stuff are not mentioned/explained,
Like how she's still so hot. 


Like why are humans suddenly aware that vamps/werewolves actually existed.
or why Selene doesn't have stretch marks.


It's a disappointment to me,
but I still love action/vampire-werewolf war(except twilight) movies.


There's bound to be a 5th installment so I hope it's better next time.


Though I don't know who they're gonna fight next.

p.s. The supposedly 12 (or less) year old daughter of Selene and Micheal is played by an actress who is almost 19. She was pretty convincing as a 12 year old. =/

Know what SEDAR is

Informative rant post. =/


First the informative part.


SEDAR is a type of account by BSN
that kinda forces us to save money.


Ideal for anyone who can't save money on their own accord.
*ahem*


The minimum amount needed to open an account is RM50,
but here's how it's different from normal savings accounts.


Instead of leaving that RM50 and wait for it to bear children,
you have to bank-in RM50 every month within the first 7 days.


The minimum is RM50,
but you can choose to start off with more.


For example,
when I open the account,
I can choose to bank any amount which is more than RM50


Let's say I chose RM300 every month,
(you have to fill it in the bank slip and it will show in your passbook)
so every month I have to bank-in RM300 before the 8th.


If I fail to do so,
the interest will not be given.


You have to repeat the process for 24 months,
which means I will be "forced" to save RM7200 in 2 year's time.


The interest rate is 2.5% which will be credited every 12 months.
After the 24-month contract,
you can't bank-in money anymore
but you can still keep the account and continue to be paid for the interest.


You can have multiple accounts,
which means you can either have a new account every 2 years,


or


open multiple accounts to spread out the money


so that if you need the money badly,
you can take the money out of one account
and continue with the other accounts.


(You won't lose as much on interest)




Sure it offers less interest than Fixed Deposit,
but for Fixed Deposit,
I'm not forced to save.


(which won't work for me)

Now,
the rant.


You can choose to either have an individual account
or a joint account.


My mom have a thing about joint accounts
coz just in case something happens to one of us
the other one can get the money out.
(For medical or whatever you wanna use it for)


So last Friday we went to open a SEDAR joint account.
For those who know anything about joint accounts,
you'll know that we can choose if:
One of us sign
or
both of us sign
to withdraw money/ close the account.


We chose the first option.


Like I said,
in case the other person can't go to the bank


In the hospital, paralyzed [touch wood], too far away etc
(like my current situation)


After the whole process of opening an account and getting the passbook,
my mom somehow asked something that started the drama.


The thing about SEDAR's joint account
is that both have to be there for withdrawal.
You have to close the account to get all your money out.


"Either one to sign" can only be applied when we want to withdraw the interest.


So WTH is the point of the option "either one to sign"?


The interest won't be enough to do much,
if it's a fairly new account.


And it completely defies the purpose of that option,
which is flexibility for users.


It's a silly policy IMO.


Losing customers because of a silly policy.
Do something about it, BSN.

Was dying my hair

and while I waited for the colour to sip in

I decided to share my eye make up routine. 

Without make up...

But looks like wearing eye shadow... because of dark eye circles

 Now add in the lower liner

Majolica Majorca's Cream Pencil Liner - BR611 (Brown)

and draw eye brows with Shisheido's eyebrow pencil in No.3 Brown

 Brush on the mascara

Revlon's Grow Luscious Plumping Mascara in 001 Blackest Black

 Compare with second picture if you want to know if it works

Voila.

Furniture shop rant

The night view from my (new) balcony.

I moved in on the last day of last year,

so that I can have a new start for this year.

=)

It took me days to pack

and hours to move,

which resulted in watching only half of MI4.

=/

Shii Teck had to watch half the movie with a seat.

Anyway,

after 11 days of staying in the house,

I finally got my closet and desk!!

I purposely chose a furniture shop which is really close to my new place,

which is a street across.

And they took 10 days to send the furniture over.

WTF.

The mirror is one of those magic mirrors!!

I look slimmer in it. =D

I love it so much.

I like it coz of the cover.

Now my stuff can be less covered in dust!!

Ideal for lazy bums who don't like to clean.

I was really upset at first,

but the awesome furniture spoiled my angry mood. 

So,

it's gonna be short(er).

As I mentioned,

I went to the furniture shop a street across to get my furniture.

I don't want to tell the shop's name.

*cough* E.T Furniture Shop *cough*

I don't want to tell the location either

*cough*USJ*cough*

I went to buy my furniture

on the 1st of January.

The shop was opened.

I paid 90% and asked if they deliver at night

coz I finish work at 7pm

and I don't want to take leave just to wait for them to deliver.

They say it's ok

and wrote down at my receipt "deliver after 7.30pm".

After about 4 days,

the shopkeeper called me

and asked if they can send the furniture over in the afternoon

(of the same day)

*conversation shortened*

(because if it was the full conversation you would fall asleep

and wake up and realize your computer fell asleep)

I told them no,

cause I was working. 

Who the heck calls so last minute

and assumes we're free to sit at home and wait for furniture?

Plus it's written "deliver after 7.30pm"

I told them it's ok if they send it over on Saturday,

just give me the time or at least the time range.

They say they can't confirm the time, not even a time range.

Can't even confirm if they really can deliver.

I was pissed.

No way I was going to waste my Saturday waiting for my furniture to arrive

and in the end might not get it.

If they gave me ETA,

I would be more than happy to wait,

Because I really can't stand living without a closet.

All my clothes were still in bags.

=(

I told them to check if they can confirm delivering the furniture on Saturday

and call me back (with the results).

They didn't call.

so I called.

They didn't check.

And gave me stupid excuses

like they're not the ones who arrange the delivery.

FINE.

I asked them to check with the people who arrange the delivery,

they say they can't ask.

FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.

What kind of shop has delivery service but doesn't arrange the time

and can't ask the person who arranges the time?!

Talk about poor customer service...

I can't remember how many times they called to ask

if they can deliver them in the afternoon. 

FML.

For some unknown reason

they just can't accept the fact that I work.

I F*CKING WORK.

I DON'T WANT TO TAKE LEAVE JUST TO RECEIVE MY FURNITURE

SO F*CKING SEND THEM OVER AT NIGHT.
