Simple (but long) update. ♥

FYI,

I've started working.
This is the view from the window near my cubicle.

It's near. I don't have a window.

First day of work.
I didn't have anything to do until
day 3,
which was yesterday.

Finally started work
and it's not fun.

Working in office IS NOT FUN!!

I tried an OXY product.
I have the whole set,
and I was thinking since I wanna get pimple gel,
I might as well get it from OXY too.
Bad decision.

My face was swollen
and it was super itchy
for the whole night night before and day yesterday.

The crazy itch stopped only after I slapped a few cotton pads
soaked in toner.
For some reason,
I'm only allergic to that product.
My toner is OXY too,
but it turned out ok.

Swollen face....

Now my skin feels like it died.
All rough.
T----------------T

My dear sister brought me to T.G.I.F on Saturday.
This is super nice.
^_________^
It's garlic marinated lamb chop.
or something like that.

Met Susan on Monday for dinner.

My first Carl's Junior.
The fries are very nice.
And I have no idea why the waiter gave me so many packs of chili sauce.

I should spice up?

And then I got myself a not so big ass mirror
and a small one
so that I don't have to face such a big mirror when I apply make up.

So there you have it.

A few more not really updates.

I've been repeating "back to December" by Taylor Swift.
It's a song she wrote to her ex-beau Taylor Lautner.

Though I'm not showing signs of wanting to reconcile with Mr. J.O,
the song does remind me of our past relationship.

The lyrics fit,
well most of it anyway.

The most interesting lines
that fit the most.

"You gave me all your love and all I gave you was
Goodbye~"
I did hurt him badly.

"And how you held me in your arm that September night
the first time you ever saw me cry"
This is so true.
Well, he held my hand instead of me.
The night after we broke up we went out together.
and that was the first time he ever saw me cry.

Anyway,
just some coincidence detection.

Really,
If I loved again, I'd want to love right.

Moving on.
If you're a fan of Megan Fox,
first,
I want a high five.
*High fives whoever high fives back*

Ok,
I'm not really a fan,
I just find that she's totally hotter than Miss Rosie-long-name-who-runs-around-in-heels-in-an-action-movie-even-when-she's-six-foot-tall.

I saw this post about her posting "proof" that she hasn't have botox.
It was on yahoo! but I can't find that post again,
so here's a reference.
If you want to know.

The story is,
MF posted photos to shoot down Botox rumours.
Among the few,
there's this one that caught the attention of a lot of people.
Her arched wrinkles.

Yes,
they do look weird.

Turns out a few plastic surgeons
and dermatologic surgeons said that this is impossible.

Read the article I linked for more info.

But then one day,
I was rewatching The Green Hornet,
and I saw this.

Ok,
I know it looks different,
but voila!
Here's proof that these kinda wrinkles DO exist.

(unless Mr Rogen here has had Botox too,
which will be another story)

I don't really care if someone has botox of plastic surgery or any change.
Only they know if they really had any work done.
Pictures are never good proof of plastic surgery.

I suppose if you compare this photo of me

I'm in the right bottom corner
yes,
the one with one finger up.
I swear I wasn't poking my face.
I guess I'm saying 1 more?

Whatever.
if you compare that to my recent photos,
say this one

There.
Would you say I had plastic surgery too?

that's what J_fish has to say~ Au Revoir~

P.s. I'm glad I found other people who are also stuck in offices to chat with.
It made time pass faster.

If you're one of them,
Thanks, a lot.

Relocated ♥

SO it's my first night in my new place.
I've relocated to Subang just yesterday afternoon.
I woke up a gazillion times during the night,
it's like BKK night 1 all over again....

I think I'm not used to the air-cond.
I don't have air-cond at home
so I only get to sleep with air-cond only when I fall asleep in the car.

Yes, we all survived it.
Just so you know, air-cond is not a necessity.

So here's my new room,
Look how little things I have.
I mean the amount.
That's all that I brought in.

*hides two other bags*
 My big ass wardrobe!! XD
Sadly,
for the first time in my 23 years of life,
I can't fill up the cupboard with clothes!!!

Cupboard 1: JFish Nil.

I just used up one side
and the other side I used it as store room.
wtf.
I have a store room in my closet.

And this is how it looks like at night.
 The lighting is controllable.
I mean brighter or darker.
Too bad I'm not allowed to bring boys back.

KIDDING!!!

*In case mom is reading*

It has the normal white light (florescent)
but I prefer this.
I don't like too bright.

It was a tough day yesterday.
Moving alone is not fun.
=(

Imagine I have to move all my stuff into the car,
think too much
and assume that people will walk in and rob me
or rob the car
since my stuff are all in the car
and dump me by the road.

I AM PARANOID.

Because my mom keep telling me theses robbery stories,
when the robbers just walk into your gate and rob you and speed off with his accomplice on a bike.
Although I don't know anyone in their right minds
who'd want to rob me,
I'm still paranoid.

I imagine my luggage flying out of the luggage compartment
in the bus when I put it there.
When travelling to and fro KL Penang.

That's how paranoid I AM!!!

Anyway,

When I got there I didn't have a table,
so the landlord decided to give me a big ass table.

It's like Texas here.
Everything's big.

hahaha.

whatever.

But because the table has such a big ass
it won't go through the door.
(because my big ass cupboard was there blocking the way.)
So after some pushing and pulling
it fell apart
and a part of it
flew towards my unprepared toe
and wham.

In case you don't know where to look,
it's the big toe.

It doesn't look that bad,
but it feels bad.
T-----------------T
I feel like I have 4 toes left instead of 5.

After cleaning my room
I had to drive my sister's car back to her place
and take public transport back.
The thing I don't like about the Selangor city area,
TRAFFIC JAM.

So I took my time
and waited until 6 something doing nothing in my sis's place
then went to Giant
and took my time
listening to "The Show" by Lenka
while deciding what junk to buy.

Then I strolled to the LRT
and it wasn't as crowded as presumed.
The traffic jam was unavoidable,
so still got stuck in the bus for quite some time.

Got down at Sunway Pyramid,
(which I imagine spending a lot of time there in the future)
Took my time walking around,
finding a freaking ATM that works.

WHAT IS THE USE OF ATM WHEN IT DOESN'T DISPENSE MONEY AT THE MOMENT??!!!!

This was my dinner

I think the girl gave me a wrong size sausage
and charged me the wrong amount.
Does a Chicago Beef usually cost RM 7.90?

The box kinda fell apart
and my pickles were stuck there.

It looks disgusting
but it tasted good.

The landlord is from Taiping
and he speaks Hokkien
so kinda feel more like home.
^_____________^

I'm still paranoid about the house
but I guess time will tell if every little thing's gonna be alright.

That's what J_Fish has to say~ Au Revoir~

p.s. It's my first day of work today!!! Off to the shower!! =)

I don't have a mirror yet. T----------------T
Me, the vain of vains!!
Gonna get myself a big ass mirror so that it goes with everything else in the room.
MUAHAHAHAHA.

Back in Selangor

I wanted to say back in KL but I'm not really in KL.
I use to call the surrounding places of KL
i.e. PJ, Subang.... KL.

Anyway,
Staying in PJ right now.

Reason I'm away from home?

To start a new life.
I'll be starting work this Friday.

And the excited feeling has died. Already.

When I reach KL yesterday.
Times Square wasn't really visible.

And the bus needs to clean it's windows.

Yesterday's lunch.
KFC + Slurpee!!!!
I miss slurpee.
Use to have it more often when I was a kid.

Because suddenly paying RM1.70 for a cup of ice is not worth it.
Until a super sunny/hot day comes around.

Went room hunting just now.
It's crazy boring.
Just a few rooms to rent.

I saw a super cute house,
white with a grass hedge as the gate.

BUT IT WAS TAKEN NOT LONG BEFORE I WENT!!!!
T-------------T
Would be a good place to stay though.

It's crazy how jammed up the place was.
More terrible than KL.
KL is usually slow moving.
Subang is totally stand still.

(Because they have A LOT of traffic lights).

So kelian.
Stuck in the car alone
with only my low batt phone.
What to do....

I was stuck there for almost an hour.
Just to get to the highway to get back to KL.

Went to my dear Midvalley after the horrible day.
I sincerely miss Midvalley (Megamall).
It's so familiar.
When I got there I almost said
Home sweet home. wtf....

I did what I do best.
SHOP!!

Went to Padini (and a whole lot of other shops where I didn't buy anything).
I saw this t-shirt.
Attention Miss Cocoro.

XD

Dunno why the constipated look.

Bought it. 50% discount.
And I bought a pair of jeans.
Which was on 70% discount.
Imagin a Padini pair of jeans for the price of RM35.30.

GREAT.
Since I have to wear Jeans to work everyday...
No harm "investing".

Driving in Selangor/KL is scary.
Especially when you're alone and dun know the roads.....
Y I No have friends from Subang?!
T----------------T

I don't like Subang already....

HOW??!!

that's what J_Fish has to say~ Au Revoir~
p.s. Have to go back tmr to see a room.
Hopefully won't jam like just now.

IT WAS CRAZY!!

For the 2X-th Time.

It came,
it ruled
and it left.
for the 23rd time.

Yesterday was my birthday!!!
Wohooooooooooooo!!

Had a GREAT day!!
Coz I bought a lot of stuff!!

My idea of a perfect birthday.
(though I secretly hoped I can go clubbing)

Being the good (and pretty) daughter
I went out with my mom
for some work to be done.

First,
we went to the waste paper recycling-selling place.

We sold about 30kg of old news paper
and earned about RM20.
=)

Went back,
changed.
Went out again.

Jusco Bandar Perda wasn't the dream place to celebrate your bithday,
but it's better than staying at home.

Birthday lunch.

White chocolate macadamia
Beef steak.
It should be called vege, chips and beef as side dish.

The steak is freaking small!!!!!!

Stingy...

Bought 2 shirts in Padini Authentic.
Always liked Padini Authentic.
I have a lot of their clothing.

*All bought at discounted prices
Tried the seafood tempura from Shi Lin.
Not really my type or snack,
but my sis and mom seems to like it.

The padini shirt that I didn't buy.
My sister bought it though.
RM9.

Not so gorgeous vain pic.

After that went to Sunway Carnical
coz my sis was going to watch Transfomers 3 with her friends.
Jealous...

I didn't get to watch
(because I already watched it)
but I get to buy more stuff!!!
XD

Birthday dinner.
Sakae Sushi.

oh if we had Sushi Zanmai here~
*frowns*

My set.

My dad ordered it but later he wanted beef
so I took his.
End up I didn't take the unagi.
--______________--lll

My sis and mom finished it though.
=)

Overall,
it was a great day.
I don't get to spend my birthday with my family a lot.
Especially after I went to uni.
Spending time with mom was awesome.

Until she starts nagging.......

Well that's what moms do.

(Hope I don't turn into that kinda mom.....)
We'll see.

By the end of the day,
I have about 170 wishes.

Spent quite long replying and liking the wishes.

Thanks for all the wishes!!
^__________________^

To end the post,
Some pics that I took with my wig on.

that's what J_Fish has to say~ Au Revoir~
p.s. Yesterday was also the Penang Heritage Day.
It's a public holiday,
but a lot of companies don't admit it.
But nonetheless,
there are a lot of people everywhere.

It was declared the year before last year I think.

Kinda sucks when your birthday is a public holiday.

GIVE ME BACK MY DAY!!!

The CLESIC Dinner 2011

Start with a vain pic.
It's blurry but you get the idea. @MissCocoroTeng
Dress- FOC
From cousin who can't wear it anymore.
Altered to fit me almost perfectly.

Clutch- Mom's
I think it's a free gift from Kanebo or Shisheido.
Borrowed mom's coz I didn't bring mine back from KL.
T------------T
My clutch is lying somewhere in a box in my sister's house.

Shoes- Vincci RM20
Got it from the crazy sale in Midvalley.
They were going to renovate the place
so they had to "throw" out the old stuff.

The girls who went with me. Pui San on your left and Chin Yau on the right.
=)
Friends from my tom yam steamboat gang.

(Almost) every time we meet we go for tom yam steamboat.
Because this is the working gang.
Not much time to hang out.
=(

No pics of food
because it's just typical Chinese dinner food.

Table mates. Except the guy next to me.
From Left: Xian Jun, Cham Yew, Pui San, Chin Yao, Me, Mun Choong and Choon Foong.
Two other table mates were missing.
They evaporated into the unknown.

Same gang + the funny MC. Haw Wooi.
He was the impromptu MC.
Half of the time he didn't know what he was saying.
But it was good entertainment.
=)

As you can see from this picture,
the three mandarin words behind us
is the name of the hall.

The dinner was held in the Chung Ling High School hall.
Yes,
the hall has a name.

The UM gang.
Well there are more of us,
but some didn't attend.
Mostly because they didn't come back to Penang.
And some are working.
(yeah right. Lame excuse)

We were the organizers of the dinner.
( I didn't contribute other than attending)

CLESIC stands for Chung Ling Ex-Student Inter Varsity Counsil
Every local uni has a team there.
Some more active than others.

The UM team had a part in my University life.
I liked hanging out with them
Mostly coz they're dead funny.

Every time I meet the gang I'll seriously LMAO.

Thanks a lot for the memories.

I'll miss ya'll.

That's what J_Fish has to say~ Au Revoir~

p.s. I found a job.
I found a room.
I'll be moving in next week.

WISH ME THE BEST OF LUCK!!!!!!!

Coz I need it.
=)
